The sausage gravy potato pancakes are outstanding! I hope that is not just a temporary thing because I plan to get these often.

Live IHOP, wish there were a few up by me in NH. Decent food, good value

Great food and very friendly staff.

Ihop was good, first time for us at a Ihop, so alot of new things to see and taste. Coffee was ok, would not go there for that, but the price is very reasonable for what you get. If you like pancakes, then this must be your hangout den.

Our server Merrisa was awesome.

If you havent had the pancake sliders by now, you're missing out on life!! Favorite place for breakfasg/lunch and dinner! I could probably eat here everyday!

We stopped here with friends. It was the expected post-church (snowflakes are here for season) crowd, but they were not properly equipped. We waited 15 minutes, 10 more for menus after we were seated. The food took so long we thought they forgot us. Some of the toast was burnt. Eggs were cold. Our waitress was good, friendly. We made the most of all the waiting by catching up with our friends.

Not as good as it used to be.......service is good but the food is meh..

First time at this location, fast and friendly staff, very clean place since some stores can vary. I tried the holiday omelet and it was fantastic, great balance of flavors from the ingredients unlike some omelets can be bland and taste like a bunch of stuff thrown together but this one I would recommend and definitely get again.

Food was good. Place was mostly empty. Waitress was friendly, but seemed young and wasn't good at time management.

Food was excellent! Server wonderful! Literally waited 40 minutes for our meal. That was the only issue. I got very hangry!

Fine place to eat. Meal was very good. Service was friendly and good. It was just the place I needed to de-stress after emergency eye surgery that morning.

I took my 3 yr.old granddaughter for breakfast she picked what she wanted I got a sampler, we both cleaned out plates. The waitress couldn't believe she ate it all. She told the waitress she was hungry and I guess she was. We had fun, food was good waitress was great. We'll be back

Easy Fast and Always good. Consistency does not happen anymore. Family or alone. It's just fine. Plus the best Coffee I've ever had. I keep asking them to sell it.🙂

Super friendly and received great service by far one of the best ihops I have visited

Marissa is the hardest working employee there. She was the quarterback to the whole business when I went for breakfast with my family. She deserves to be recognized. I'm from Toronto and don't know her but I witnessed her working her tail off. Food was great and her service was exceptional

Great food but slow service

We were attending a reunion that weekend. Dined in on both Friday & Saturday for breakfast with family. They were very accommodating & tried there best on promptness. Servers were friendly & helpful. My steak tips weren't tender & taste a little old or something.

Food was delicious and service was great. Parking is tough, parking lot doesn't go all the way around. Stops at left side of the building, which faces away from you as you drive up. Besides that, can't go wrong with IHOP.

The pancakes have gone from being the best anywhere to "NOT SO MUCH" and now I get the best at the legion n at post 303 when Brad Hurd is cooking and also the VFW

Friendly place with tasty treats

I've eaten here multiple times with friends and family.The general consensus is that the food is great for the price, but wait times could improve; both for seating and additional service after being served the meal. Honestly, I think this place does well when it's obvious they are short staffed. Wait times should be expected when you only see 2 or 3 waiters/waitresses & the house is full!Overall: Tons of good food choices, reasonably priced & convenient.

Always great service! Great value, great food quality. The one area they can improve on is having a cleaner restaurant. It's not terrible, but room for improvement.

Nothing less or more than expected from an iHop. But beware much of food does not look like menu pictures.

Fast service, fresh coffee, and food that tastes good. This is the best IHOP in Lee & Collier counties.
